Our Company
Established back in 1987, our primary focus has been to provide A/E/C firms with useful and practical tools to aid in their marketing efforts and procurement process. Our first version of Government Forms Software, written for IBM PC AT's, was shipped on 5¼" floppy diskettes with mylar transparencies. Who knew back then how Windows and the Internet would change the way we all do business and communicate? Today, our original focus remains intact, but we've added a few new elements to our offerings that will help your firm (and ours) stay competitive in the new millennium.

Our Mission...
To aid firms in procuring work through the implementaion of our products and by providing support that will enable representation of themselves in a professional manner.
Our Vision...
To transform an industry plagued by tedious, manual processes and out-of-date methodologies into a streamlined, secure, efficient community of agencies and firms where information flows freely amongst its participants.

Tech Support Policy
Please try to observe these simple requests before you call or email us with questions:
General program functionality is explained in the section labeled First Timer's in the Introduction of the Help file. Use the Contents command on the Help menu to access this section.
In many locations throughout the software, a Help button is available that will provide you with context sensitive help.
Under the Help menu, use the Contents or Search for Help On... command.
Finally, and possibly most beneficial, are the FAQ's, found right on this site at: Frequently Asked Questions
Resellers/Consultants
Due to the number of current customers and new users acquired daily, we are always in search of qualified consultants for the family of GFS products. As a reseller/consultant, you become a valuable asset to firms looking to broaden their marketing efforts to state, local and federal agencies and help them get awarded those jobs and contracts they deemed "unlikely". Customer leads will be forwarded to you directly depending on your geographic location and any fees you charge (beyond the cost of the software itself) are yours to keep. As a reseller/consultant, you may also take advantage of our partnership with WebEx to setup online training classes with clients of your own (a small hourly fee is involved). Please feel free to contact us about joining the team of GFS Professionals.
Return Policy
Our policy regarding returns is pretty simple; we don't have one. Because we offer free Trial Versions of all our products and that all of our software is distributed electronically via the Internet or email, it's not possible for us to receive "returned goods" or "deissue" a registration number. We've had great success with our trial programs and therefore rarely deal with unhappy customers. We make every reasonable effort possible to ensure that you receive a quality product and that it functions as designed and advertised.
Brain Teaser

Shown above are 4 men buried up to their necks in the ground. They can not move so can only look forward.

Between A and B is a brick wall which can not be seen through.

They know that between them are 4 hats, 2 x black and 2 x white, but they do not know which color they are wearing.

In order to avoid being shot one of them must call out to the executioner the color of their hat.

If they get it wrong, everyone will be shot. They are not allowed to talk to each other and have 10 minutes to fathom it out.

After 1 minute:

Q. Which one of them calls out?

Q. Why is he 100% certain of the color of his hat?

This is not a trick question.
There are no outside influences nor other ways of communicating. They cannot move and are buried in a straight line.

So A & B can only see their respective sides of the brick wall, C can see B, and D can see B & C.

Good luck.  If you'd like, send us an email with what you think is the answer. And to be totally unfair (and not to mention probably illegal) we'll send any registered user of GFS the answer.
Another Brain Teaser
A king has three sons, he is getting older and wants to select the wisest to be the new king. He sits the three of them on chairs in a circle. They can see each other. Unknowing to them he has placed a black dot on each of their heads. Each of them doesn't know if he does, or does not, have a dot on his head. He says, "If any of you see a dot, put up your hand." He then says "If any one of you can prove that you have a dot on your head, put down your hand." After a few minutes, one of them puts down his hand. How did that son solve the problem?

Got one for us? Send it on, we'll post it here if we think it's "worthy".
